Our professional team includes doctors with a wealth of experience, curious minds and a desire to improve the lives of those they treat.
Dr Chander Hrstic
Specialist General Practitioner
Dr Chander Hrstic is an experienced General Practitioner with more than 25 years of experience in general practice and community healthcare. She has worked across emergency medicine, women’s and children’s health, community health services and aged care, developing a broad and well-rounded clinical skillset.
Her diverse medical experience allows Dr Hrstic to provide high-quality, compassionate and patient-centred care across all aspects of general practice. She values building strong relationships with her patients and supporting their long-term health and wellbeing.
Dr Hrstic also performs TAC and WorkCover medical assessments and is an authorised prescriber of medicinal cannabis.
Dr Mike Inskip
Skin Cancer Specialist
Dr Mike Inskip qualified from Manchester Medical School in the UK in 1987 and worked in general practice in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. Since 2008 he has worked full time in primary care skin cancer medicine in Australia. He established Sun Patrol skin cancer clinics in Berwick /Officer and Icarus skin cancer clinic in Koo Wee Rup. He is highly proficient in skin cancer diagnosis using dermoscopy and in skin cancer surgery. Since 2008 he has diagnosed over 3000 basal cell carcinomas, over 1500 squamous cell carcinomas and over 800 melanomas.
Dr Dan Chomlak
Specialist General Practitioner
Dr Dan Chomlak completed his medical degree at the University of Queensland, where he developed a strong interest in the broad scope and continuity of care that family medicine offers — as well as a lasting appreciation for the Lions. Originally from Canada, Dr Chomlak now lives in Melbourne with his family and enjoys building long-term relationships with patients while providing compassionate and comprehensive general practice care.
He has a particular interest in preventative health, chronic disease management and supporting patients across all stages of life. Outside of medicine, Dr Chomlak enjoys spending time with his family and regularly subjects them to his less-than-spectacular culinary experiments. Languages spoken include Canadian and conversational Australian.

Deb Taskis
Practice Manager
Deb has over 20 years of experience in the medical industry, including general practice, specialist practices and hospital settings, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experience and fostering a positive team culture and continually improving practice operations. Outside of work she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and love to travel when the opportunity arises.
Giorgina Kapaklis
Receptionist
Giorgina is our new receptionist at Paradigm Health on Princes and has already made a strong and positive impact with her cheerful, friendly and welcoming demeanour. She is passionate about providing excellent patient service and is always eager to assist patients, families and staff wherever she can.
Giorgina has rapidly become a valued member of the team through her professionalism, caring nature and commitment to ensuring every patient feels comfortable and supported from the moment they arrive at the clinic. Her positive attitude and approachable personality help create the warm and compassionate environment that Paradigm Health on Princes is proud to provide.
Mara McBride
Receptionist
Mara is our friendly and highly valued administrator and receptionist at Paradigm Health on Princes. With a professional background in Human Resources, she brings strong organisational skills, compassion and attention to detail to the clinic team. Mara is often the go-to person for clinical administrative queries and is always happy to assist patients and staff with professionalism and care. She also speaks fluent Macedonian, helping provide a welcoming and supportive experience for members of our diverse community.
